Pet Policy🐾

Animals (except for service animals) are prohibited, even temporarily, in the apartment community unless the Owner and the resident execute Owner's standard form animal addendum and pay all applicable fees. No more than 1 pet per apartment is permitted and the pet may not exceed 50 pounds. The following breeds of dogs are not permitted; German Shepherd, Akita, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Dalmatian, Pit Bull, Chow, Wolf hybrid or Bullmastiff. This restricted breed list is subject to change without notice. Headbirds, parrots, toucans, hamsters, gerbils, snakes, frogs, spiders, ferrets, or other exotic animals are not permitted.
